I keep getting an error code saying my account is disabled. It also won’t let me recover my account saying it doesn’t exist?
I see you have already contacted the OpenCCC helpdesk regarding your disabled account. A ticket was created for you so an Agent will be working directly with you by email and phone to assist you with this and help you recover your account.

i have my account, but it is not letting me to log in, it says that my account has been disabled, and when i try to recover my account says that, that account doesnt exist
