Error Doesn't Let me apply
Hello, when I try to click apply button, I get :
ERROR
A proxy connection has been detected. To connect to California Community Colleges you must disable anonymizing services. This may include:
- Tor web browser
- VPN connections
- Anonymizing browser plugins
I disabled adblocker, VPN, used incognito mode as well as used phone and other browser. This error still shows

I’m trying to open cccopen to register for classes and it won’t open

Hello Michelle,
Before you can register for classes you will need to apply to your desired college. Please log into your OpenCCC/CCCApply account and get started with this today. I have provided the instructions on where, to begin with your admissions application.
1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
2.) From the drop-down menu select the college you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
3.) You will be directed to the college’s Admissions page.
4.) Select the online application link(s) from the Admissions page.
5.) Sign in with your OpenCCC account information, you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page.
6.) Select the 'Start a New Application' link to begin the application.
Note: Once you have submitted an application it can take 1-2 business days for you to receive a student ID and enrollment information from your college. If more than 2 business days have passed and you have not been contacted by your college, please call our Helpdesk to confirm your application was submitted successfully.

Hello there I am not sure if you still have problems with applying to rio hondo college.
If you're using data then you are easily able to get in.
If you're using wifi you have to do a few steps.
- in my android go settings, i look for the wifi settings, maybe you may need to go to advanced settings then look for proxy. It will prompt to enter either manually auto-config
- choose auto-config and type riohondo.edu and save it. Then go back to the browser and try this time to apply. Hope this helps
