What is wrong with my account, and what should I do?

I submitted my application for the fall 2022 term, on November 25. I received a conformation email to access my portal account, but now every time I try to access anything in my portal it says things like "could not communicate with server; and could not retrieve menus/ appointments from colleague". I keep trying to complete the information in "check my registration dates and holds" but every time I complete it and come back its like I've never done it.

    I see that you were able to successfully submit your online admissions application for Riverside Community College at 11/25/2021 3:56 PM. Now that you have successfully submitted your admissions application please allow 1 to 2 business days for the college to contact you with your student information; e.g. student ID #, registration times, assessment information, and orientation. If it has been more than 1-2 business days, please contact your college's records/admissions department.

    If you have any further questions or would like to make any changes to your submitted online admissions application please contact your college's Admissions and Records office or for access to your student portal.
