I've forgotten everything. Plus my email is gone. What do I do?

I want to return to school but I need to apply for fall to become active again. Its been two years and I've forgotten everything I used to signed in.  Plus my email is gone. What do I do?

    If you have forgotten your username & password to your OpenCCC account which you will need in order to apply to the college, please contact the 24/7 California Community Colleges Helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 to get help with recovering your username and password. Agents are standing by to assist you with recovering your account. Thank You.

    that doesent help.. without some information. I and they meant everything including secret security codes. the operator on the other end was not able to aid
