Unable to Apply to Multiple Colleges in LA District?

I am trying to submit an application to LA Southwest College to take a physics class there over this summer, but I received an error saying that I can only submit an application to only one college in this district within a given semester?

I checked my past applications and found that I did apply to the LA City College a couple months ago but I don't intend on going there anymore. Is there a way for me to retract my past application so that I can submit a new application to Southwest?

    Hi @gakdoogie,

    Since LA City and LA Southwest are two colleges from the same district, you actually don't need to retract your application. All you need to do is contact the admissions office for Southwest at [email protected] or (323) 241-5321 and let them know that you have submitted an application for LA City but all the classes you need are offered at Southwest so you would like to attend Southwest instead of LA City College. A staff member should be able to find your submitted application to city college and transfer it over to their system to have it processed so that you can be enrolled at LA Southwest College.
