How can I recover my account?
I have previously made my account using my high school email account, which I do not have access to, and I do not remember the password. I cannot make a new account because the ccc recognizes that I have an account already.

Since you no longer have access to the contact information on your OpenCCC account, please call our Helpdesk. An agent will need to verify you are the owner of the account in order for your information to be updated and a new password created. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The account I have for West LA community college was made with high school email that I no longer have access to, I can't remember the password I used and can't make a new account because it says account already exist. How do I proceed from here.

Now that you have created an OpenCCC account, the next step is to apply to a college. Below are the steps on how to complete the application process.
1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
2.) From the drop down menu select the college you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
3.) Sign in with your OpenCCC account information, you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page.
4.) Select 'Start a New Application' to begin application.
Once you have submitted an application it can take 1-2 business days for you to receive a student ID and enrollment information from your college. If more than 2 business days have passed and you have not been contacted by your college, please call our Helpdesk to confirm your application was submitted successfully.
