Does anyone have a problem creating an account?

I fill out all my correct information in the spaces but end up getting "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Need help?". I have tried creating an account for weeks now and it is not letting me. Please help!

    Please call our Helpdesk at 877-247-4836 where agents are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We need to determine if you have an existing account which is why you are unable to create an account.
