Not able to create account

I was in the process of creating an account in order to enroll at Santa Ana College. However, after I created a password, I received a message saying "It seems we already have this information, did you forget your password?"

As far as I am aware, I have never created an account on this site

    You may already have an account in the system, If you need assistance with accessing or updating the information on your OpenCCC/CCCApply account please reach out to the California Community College Helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 agents are standing by to assist you with your questions 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by email at [email protected]. You can also reach an agent with clicking the "Need Help?" bubble at in the lower right had corner of this page. You will be asked to provide your information in order to create a ticket for assistance.
