I can't access my account.

I tried to login and it said the system did not recognize my email, but i had just updated my password. Using that same password I had just updated, it still says the same thing, and now my account is disabled.

    I am a student of Trade Tech community college. I have signed up for the supervisors class thru 501 local BOE training program the course starts this Saturday I was signed up already now the school Administration is saying the I have to signup again for this year 2023 I don't remember my user name or password last time at school was in 2017CAn you help meretrive this information

    I need help to access to my college account, I all ready called Solano College from desk and they aren't able to find my account.

    Please I already have account but I’m trying sign but they are saying invalid info and I’m trying to reset it .. it’s not coming then I tried to creat a new account with my mail they are saying the email already exist .. can you help me retrieve my old account
