I can't get through and it keeps telling me and asking me the same questions over and over again!

When I tried to login and type my password it won't recognize it. There is only one password I assigned to this account and it won't recognize it. I tried to create an account and It says I already have a account. It tells me to try clicking "Forgot Password". When I click on "Forget password" and type my date of birth and last name it can't find it. I've been going back and forth on this one and it is so frustrating! It just keeps sending me back on a loop to the same page over and over. I see so many people are having similar problems! You guys need to fix your system. This is unsatisfactory. I just wasted my time going through this over and over again and still can't get enrolled. Some of us don't have the time to troubleshoot this over the phone because most of us are busy working. Fix your system and you won't have too many people experiencing these many problems.
