System won't let me enroll.

Hi. I want to enroll as a first time student. I tried, but the system won't let me. I previously enrolled my high school-aged child using my email account - perhaps this is the issue? I enrolled her just over a year ago for the first time.

    Hi @aeberlin,

    Can you try creating an account with a different email address and let me know if you can do so.
