Every time I try to make an account it keeps saying an error has occured. What should I do to fix this?

    I was able to locate an OpenCCC account that already exists with your email address. Please call our Helpdesk if you need assistance recovering the account. Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 877-247-4836. You can also select the option for Forgot Password to move forward with creating a new password.
