Trouble creating a new account on OpenCCC

Hi, I am having issues with creating an account on OpenCCC. I was enrolled in MPC for high school dual enrollment and no longer have access to the original email account I used for OpenCCC. The email I used has been disabled by my previous school district as it was a high school account. I am planning on registering for a few classes at MPC over the 2023 summer session and I am unable to create a new OpenCCC account because of this issue. How should I proceed?
