Won't let me make an account or recover an account
I have tried to make a CCC account 3 times now. Every time I have tried it says "Account Exists". First of all, I don't even remember creating an account. When I try to recover my account, it tells me there are no records for my email or phone number. This error is very frustrating because it prevents me from applying to college and I need it resolved as soon as possible.

I'm unsure if you are trying to log into your Canvas account to view and submit homework or if you are trying to submit an enrollment application. We are only able to assist with OpenCCC accounts so that students can apply to the college. Any student portal issues or questions about Zoom rooms for classes would need to go through your admissions office.
