How do I recover my account?

I have an account under my current email address but I need to change my password. When I select the option to change my password, it only sends the confirmation to my old phone number even though I selected the option to send it to my email.

    I need to recover my existing account under the email address: [email protected] I am a returning student from 2016 needing to register, having trouble using an outlook account;; three codes were sent by the ccc tech svc to my outlook account only to find myself in a loop for 004441;360018;001085. I tried all three to no avail. I prefer to use the [email protected] account moving forward, please work with me on this email address. Thanks for your Help Carol Thomas
