Notice: Intermittent Error Message

As of late yesterday, an intermittent error has been displayed to some students after they submit their applications. Research into the issue shows that these applications have been successfully submitted and delivered to colleges. Research continues into the root cause an update will be posted here once this issue is resolved.

If you would like to confirm your application has been submitted you can log into your Application and upon logging in you will arrive at the My Applications page. There you can see your submitted admissions application to the college.

  • Hello, I am currently having this problem. Every time I attempt to submit my application I get an "Error: Failed to submit" signal. I have been trying since yesterday along with today and it still won't go through.

    I haven't received a confirmation number because I won't let me submit it. A error message appears every time I try and I have everything filled out. My application number is 25952865

    Thank you for reporting this. We have fixed the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. During the time of the error messages, users applications were still being successfully submitted to the college. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • I’m having the same problem with my application. Every Time I try to submit it says error but when I go to my applications it says it’s still in progress application number is 25959912

    The application error was resolved early Monday morning. Please use Chrome and clear your cache. If you are still experiencing an application error, it sounds like it is unrelated and I suggest calling our Helpdesk so that an agent can help trouble shoot the error you are receiving.
