I've been trying to submit my college application (All fields have been filled.) and every time I click submit it gives me an error message. I have tried three different browsers and the error persists.

    I show all of your applications has been submitted to your colleges. At the time of your application submission, there was an issue going on which caused you to see the error message when actually your application was correctly submitted. I apologies for any inconveniences and please let me know if you have any other questions.

  • Hi @Tee thank you for your response. I'm glad to hear it submitted.

    I'm new to this so please forgive the further questions. On my end, the application still shows as In-Progress. Also, I need a student ID to fill out further forms and register, which I have not yet received.

    At this point, do I just need to wait until a person reviews my application and emails me a student ID? Or is there still a glitch in the submissions process?

    On your end it will appear as in-progress because of the glitch/system issue but I clearly show on my end that your application has been submitted. As of right now, you just wait for the college to process your application and email you back with your student ID number along with your next step of the enrollment process like orientation and assessment. If more than 2 days have passed and you have not received any emails from the college, please reach out to the admissions to check up on your application.

    Sorry for adding to this thread but I was also showing the same issue. Can I get a confirmation that my application was submitted as well? Thank you in advanced!

    Research into the issue shows that these applications have been successfully submitted and delivered to colleges.

    If you would like to confirm your application has been submitted you can log into your Application and upon logging in you will arrive at the My Applications page. There you can see your submitted admissions application to the college.

    You can also contact our helpdesk to confirm your application has been submitted successfully.

  • I've been having this problem for three days now and I still can't submit my app. Every time I log in and out of my account, the app is still under processing which it hasn't been submitted yet

  • I am having the same issue. It displays an error and I am unsure if it has submitted or not.

    Your enrollment applications have been submitted and now are waiting for the college to download your applications. Please allow the college 1-2 business days to download and process them. Once completed they will email you with all of your student information.
