It says I already have a CCC account, but I don't know how to access it

Hi!

I was a dual enrollment student, but I don't know how to access my account now. When it was first created, it was through my parent's email, and I don't know what the password was. I would like to make it my email and password, but I'm unsure about how to do that.

    I see your account was created back in 2018 so it applies. Please follow the steps below to see if you can recover your account using your email address.

    1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

    2.) Click Sign In.

    3.) Select 'Recover Account' and enter your last name and date of birth. 

    4.) You will be asked to select a way to receive a verification code based on the contact information listed on your OpenCCC account.

  • I just created a new account, but it won't let me access my account to apply and said that another account has the same information.

  • I'm not able to create an account because it says that my login info is already connected to an existing account. I followed the steps to recover it but am still unable to access it.

    I show your account was just created back in January 2023. Can you try logging in with your email plus the password that you created for the account. If you can't sign in, please follow the steps below to reset a new password for your account.

    1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

    2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address

    3.) Select 'Forgot Password' and choose to have a code sent to your email

    4.) Locate the code in your inbox or junk and click the link at the bottom to use the security code to reset a new password for your account to sign in

  • Hi I’m a new student trying to enroll but every time I try it says I can’t. I put in my email address and it says I’m in your system which is weird because I just moved from up north and never applied to this college. After that it then proceeds to says it can’t find my account but it has my email address already?? I’m confused and need help

    I show you created your account last year and submitted an application to Butte College. Can you try following the steps below to self-recover your account. If you are not able to successfully self-recover your account, please call our 24/7 helpdesk support number at 1-877-247-4836.

    1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

    2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address

    3.) Select 'Forgot Password' and choose to have a code sent to your email

    4.) Locate the code in your email and click the link at the bottom to reset a new password for your account

  • Hi it’s telling me I already have an account but I have no idea how to access it. It sent me a verification code but it sent it to an old phone number. Not sure how to go about this next.
