    To resolve this issue we recommend heading out to the college in order to create/access your open ccc account so that you are able to submit your online Admissions Application to your college. Please locate your nearest college location from this page. If you have good signal from home you can also try to access your account with Mobile data without WiFi this has been reported to be successful by other students creating or accessing their account to apply to their college.
