I cannot recover my OpenCCC Account

I am having trouble recovering my OpenCCC Account. I forgot my password and I haven't been able to login for about a year. I have almost all the other information, but am still not able to recover the account or change the password.

    Hi @marellano29,

    If you still have access to your old email and telephone number, please follow the steps below to self-recover your account and reset yourself a new password to sign in. If you no longer can access your old telephone number or email address, please contact our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can assist you with updating your email and resetting you a new password.

    1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'

    2.) Click Sign In.

    3.) Select 'Recover Account' and enter your last name and date of birth. 

    4.) You will be asked to select a way to receive a verification code based on the contact information listed on your OpenCCC account.
