Defunct Email Address registration
I am attempting to register for an OpenCCC account in order to register for one or two classes at PCC as a current student at another college. When I try to create an account, it throws an error that reads: "Oops, our records show we already have an account associated with this profile information. Please click Recover Account to start account recovery."
I had previously registered for an OpenCCC account in order to take dual enrollment and summer classes in high school. The issue is that I created this account using a high school email address that is now defunct, and am unable to recover the account. I would like to create a new account using my personal email address, or transfer the previous account to a different email.
Any advice on how to proceed would be much appreciated.
