I checked your account and I don't show that it is disabled. The account was just created 3 days ago so you should still be able to sign in with the same password that you created for the account. If you are having troubles accessing your account, please contact our 24/7 helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836.

My account is disabled. How long till I am able to access my account? Also forgot my password and i clicked forgot password and it asked for my last name and birthday and I put it in and it said that there wasn't any account with that information.

Hi @vfredy,
Our records shows your account is not disabled. On the application sign in page, can you enter your email address then select "forgot password" and choose the option to have a security code sent to your email to reset your password. Please let me know if you are able to recover your account.

Looking at your OpenCCC account, I don't show that your account is "disabled". Please follow the steps below to self-recover your account. If you need additional help with recovering your account, please contact our 24/7 helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836.
1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and type the name of the college and click 'Apply'
2.) Click Sign In and enter your email address
3.) Select 'Forgot Password' and choose to have a code sent to your email
4.) Locate the code in your inbox or junk and click the link at the bottom to use the security code to reset a new password for your account to sign in
