Why am I only seeing a blank page?

Im trying to create a new CC account to apply to my local college, however once clicking the "create account" link it takes me here : https://account.cccmypath.org/auth/realms/OpenCCC/login-actions/registration?client_id=cccapply&tab_id=J8F1RHHLDM4 <- This is just a blank white page with no elements in it. Nothing to click, nowhere to type, just blank. Ive tried this on my phone as well and its a blank page there too, ive also tried using different browsers to no avail, any idea what i should do?
