Account Recovery for new application

I have been away from ccsf for a couple years, and thought I had completed the re-application process correctly, but apparently not. I can access Canva, my portal, etc., but can't complete the registration process.

And, I am no longer using the email I originally registered with, so this system will not let me recover my account.

Can you help resolve any of this?
