Account Recovery to Register


Hi there,

I am trying to apply for admission, however the system says I have an existing account. But when I enter my birthdate and last name, it rejects my birthdate and will not allow me to recover my account. Please advise.

    I'm trying to apply for admission, but the system says I have an existing account. I don't have an issue with my birthday or last name, but I don't have access to the old email I used to register from before. please advise.

    Please contact our 24/7 helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can verify that you are the account holder and reset a password in order for you to sign back in and begin your new application to your college.
