Why Have I Not Yet Received My ID for Cerritos College?

Hello, I applied to Cerritos College a few days back, and I still have not received my student ID or portal login yet. I have not received a welcome email either even though my application shows that it has been submitted.

I received 2 emails stating "ccc mypath advisor card reminder" asking for important tasks that needed to be done, but clicking on the link it provides sends an error message. I am unsure what to do, and I hope to get some help. Thank you.

    Since it has been more than 2 business days, please call the records and admissions office at Cerritos College and provide them with your application confirmation number. This will allow them to locate your application and download it. I have provided the contact information below.

    I see that you were able to successfully submit your online admissions application for Fullerton College at 08/10/2022 1:06 AM. Now that you have successfully submitted your admissions application please allow 1 to 2 business days for the college to contact you with your student information; e.g. student ID #, registration times, assessment information, and orientation. If it has been more than 1-2 business days, please contact your colleges records/admissions department.

    If you have any further questions or would like to make any changes to your submitted online admissions application please contact your college's Admissions and Records office.

    I do not see an application being submitted. Please follow the steps to log into your OpenCCC account to see if you have an In Progress application that can be resumed or if you need to start a new application.

    1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org

    2.) From the search bar on the left-hand side of the screen enter the college name you are applying to and click 'Apply'.

    3.) You will be directed to OpenCCC to Sign In or Create Account.

    4.) From here, you will click Start a New Application to apply.

    Once you have submitted an application it can take 1-2 business days for you to receive a student ID and enrollment information from your college. If more than 2 business days have passed and you have not been contacted by your college, please call our Helpdesk to confirm your application was submitted successfully.
