Can't access account

I want to reapply to Palomar College and have to apply for admission again, however I can't log into my CCC account. The email I used so I could reset my password is my old student email which I can't access until I reapply. How do I reset my password?

    Since you don't have access to your old email, please contact our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 or by email at [email protected] so that one of our Agents can verify that you are the account holder to update your account email so that you can self-recover your account.
