I had an account with a not used email and i did not remember pass word, now I want to sign in but the system resend my new pw to the not used email. Can you help me receive new pw at my current email?
Since you no longer have access to your old email, you'll need to contact our 24/7 helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 and verify with our Agent that you are the account holder so that they can assist you with updating your old email to your new one. Once your email has been updated, your verification code will be sent to your new email for you to reset your account password.
