Password Reset Request


I am a returning student, but my account is linked to an email that is no longer in service so I cannot reset my password. Is there any way for me to change my primary email?

  • I have been trying to call the 877-27-4836 number for the last couple of weeks. Every time I call, I wait for over an hour an hang up. How can I get my email changed so that I can login and register.

  • I think I already recovered my account but the college web showed that my email, phone number can’t be recognized. I already emailed and called for the whole last week to get back my account.
