Account not found-but exists

Hello,

I have taken one class during high school at a California Community College and want to take some over the summer. I would like to sign into my account again, but when I try to recover my account, it says that my last name and birthday are incorrect and that an account with that information is not created. Yet when I try to make a new account, it says that I have one already.


Please help.
