Why does the website say mm/dd/yyyy format is incorrect?

Im trying to sign in and it say my credentials are wrong, but when I try to recover my account it says the mm/dd/yyyy format is incorrect when I've tried everything. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Im a high school student enlisting for dual enrollment but my counselor doesn't seem to know how to help and I've emailed a number of people. I don't have a lot of time to sign up so I hope this issue gets resolved.
