I'm a returning student from 2016. Though I have no access to my old email account or password since my ex girlfriend helped create the account in 2016. I have an urgency to fix the problem since I am unable to register for the upcoming semester. I need to link my old account to my new email. I can't register for classes because it says I already have an account and wants to send emails to old account. I have already emailed support various times and called and all they said was they can't find my account in the system. I'm frustrated! I need support asap!
