Unable to recover account

Hello! I have my username, and all my account information however the one thing that does not appear as correct is my password. When I click forgot password and try to recover the account none of the information registers, however when I try creating a new account it says that an account under that information is already created. How do I fix this problem so I can apply for De Anza classes? Thank you!
