  • I am not able to sign in eventhough , I have an account. It takes me to a loop . I cannot enroll into the courses . Please help

  • I have an account but I can’t restore it because it’s linked to a old number that I no longer have.

  • I requested an email to be sent to my personal email in order to reset my password - I already have an account and expected an email would have been sent promptly but I haven't received anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    I see your email address is still valid. Please follow the steps to recover your account by requesting your verification code be sent via email.

    1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and select your college from the drop down menu and click 'Apply'

    2.) Select the online application link(s) from the Admissions page and click 'Sign In'

    3.) Select 'Recover Account' and enter your last name and date of birth. 

    4.) You will be prompted to select a way to receive a verification code based on the contact information listed on your OpenCCC account.

    5.) If an account is not found, or your information is no longer valid, please call our Helpdesk.

    If you are not able to recover your account, please call the Helpdesk where agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Hello, im trying to apply to attend Norco community college and it says I have an account but when I try to recover it, it asks to enter my date of birth and it says im not entering it the correct way but I've tried multiple times the way it shows and still says incorrect

    In order to not get looped back to the beginning, you'll need to create your account without a phone number. Once your account is created, you can then enter your phone number.

  • I created an account but when tried logging in with it, the system said that my email or password was not recognized. Thinking I might have gotten my password wrong, I tried the password reset option to recover my account, but it said there were no accounts matching the information.

    Knowing this, I thought there was an issue when I first created the account. However, when I reentered the exact same information used to create the account, it said there was already an account existent with that information. I am in a loop, not knowing if I have an account or not. Please HELP!
