I’m not able to recover my account, I still have access to the email but I’m not receiving them.

I have access to the recovery email but I’m not receiving the emails even to my spam. It says I have an account but I can’t recover it and I can’t create a new one either.

    If you are not able to self recover your account, please call our 24/7 helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can verify that you are the account holder to update your old email address to the new one and also reset a new password for you.
