If I want to take summer courses do I need to submit a new application?

I initially applied for Fall 2022 but I've since decided that I want to take Summer 2022 courses so do I need to submit a new application or can I just change it on my application somehow?

    If you did not enroll in the original semester you initially applied for, you will need to submit another application for the Summer 2022 term.
