I forgot my password and can't recover my account, how can I do?

I Already sent email for help, but nobody answer.Call also but the representative can't help me.Need to apply for school ASAP.

    Since your application was successfully submitted, are you now trying to register for classes? If you are, you will need to contact the records/admissions office at the college to do so. The Helpdesk is unable to assist with course registration.
