Application Problem

I've been having this issue for the last month where I couldn't make an account and I went to the community college in person, for some help or to get applications in person, but once I got there they said "This was the first time I've heard of this" and had no applications in person, this was in the Middle of February and tried everyday since then if it worked but so far it hasn't, I probably should've send a message earlier.

  • I tried to make application to Los Angeles Trade Tech. Community Collage. However, for some reason, it didn't allow me to sign up my account. It said that I already associated both my e-mail and mobile phone number, so I decided to choose recover account. I put my date of birth, last name and pressed next button. Unfortunately, I received message that said, "We're sorry, we could not find any accounts that match that information. Please contact support or try again." So please help me what to do.

If you have tried recovering the account using your last name and date of birth and receive a message that there is no account for you, please call our Helpdesk so an agent can assist you with locating your account and getting it recovered.
