Can't Log in
Hello, I am attempting to access my account. It has been years since I have applied at a new college. I am putting in my email. And it says it sent a password reset to my email, and I am not receiving any email. Nor in the junk email.

It is possible that the password reset was sent to your old email address that you created the account with. Can you use the contact information below to contact our helpdesk so that we can verify you are the account holder and update your contact information so that you can successfully self recover your account?

Can you let me know if you are trying to login to your student portal account to register for classes or your OpenCCC account to submit an admissions application? In addition, can you submit a screenshot so that I can see why you are not able to login.
