FIXED! Intermittent Issues Creating a Student Account

Issue: Students encounter intermittent errors when creating a new student account and using a mobile phone number for verification.

This issue has been fixed. Students are now able to create a new student account using their mobile phone as their primary verification method.

    Hi there,

    Bakersfield College here, we have multiple students who do not have the "submit" button at the end of the application.

    Any suggestions?

    im trying to sign in so that I can submit my college application but it still doesnt work. I still encounter the error message when I try to log in. Its been 2 weeks now since this issue started happening and Now because of this I am late to enrolling into the spring semester. I would really like this issue to get fixed . please help.

    I have 9 students who also cannot create an account, they keep getting an error message. However, I have 36 students who were successful at creating an account.

    PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

    Hi! Not fixed :) keep getting sent to the top of my app and having to reenter my password- still doesn't work.

    We have resolved the application error. If you're getting an error message when trying to submit your admissions application, please clear your cache and history and try once more to submit your enrollment application.
