The system is not accepting my mobile phone number. Why is this happening and what do I do now?

It is possible that your mobile phone number was already validated by another user. This could happen in error, or if you shared your mobile phone number with a family member, they may have validated the number before you.

We recommend using your unique email address to validate your account. From the Verify Your Account page, click on the Use email instead link to use your email address to validate your identity.

    If the system is not accepting your cell phone number, please contact our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can verify that you are the account holder and reset you a new password to your new email.

  • I am attempting to apply for Berk. City Collage, system is not accepting my mobile #. Message state mobile # invalid. Nor is system accepting email address.

  • I keep on trying to log in, however, I forgot my username, and, I keep getting a message to fill in : my name, date of birth, my student ID #(which I do not have yet as I'm unable to log in. My CCCID # is 5513.

    I see that you have successfully created your OpenCCC account yesterday. Please follow the instructions below to sign in and begin your application to your college. If you have any other issues or questions, please let me know.

    1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org

    2.) From the drop down menu select the college you are applying to and click 'Apply'.

    3.) You will be directed to the college’s Admissions page. 

    4.) Select the online application link(s) from the Admissions page.

    5.) Sign in with your OpenCCC account information, you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page. 

    6.) Select 'Start a New Application' link to begin application.
