I keep getting a message that my account already exists. Why is this happening and what do I do now?

If you see this message during account creation, it means that an account has already been created using more than one piece of personal information associated with you. Stop creating a new account and return to the Sign In page. Click on the Recover Account link to see if you already have an account and attempt to recover your sign-in credentials.

  • After I go to this page I try to recover account and it says it doesnt exist, I just keep going in this same loop. Account already exists, recover account, cannot find account.

  • Mine keeps saying the same thing ^^ and when i go to recover my info, it tells me to log into an email that isn’t mine that’s associated with my same # so I can’t make my own account.

    Please create your account using your email address instead of your phone number. Enter your email address to receive your verification code via email to begin. Once you enter the verification code, please create the account without entering a phone number. The phone number field is not a required field. This should allow you to create your account and apply. Please let us know if you have any questions.

  • When trying to create a new account, the account already exists showed up. I tried to change passwords to recover my account, but the verification codes are being sent to an email I no longer have access to. I'm not sure where to go from here.

  • I have been tying to recover my account, after filling out all the verification forms it says there is no account found. When I try to create a new account it says my account already exists and continue to go through the same loop. I would appreciate some help please. :)

    The same thing has been happening to me, the same exact loop. I am trying to make my Open CC account for OCC because the coaches for my sport told me to do this and it isn’t allowing me to. Please help me. thank you :)

    Can you try creating your account without a phone number and see if you are able to do so. If you are still not able to create your account, please let me know if you are getting an error message or being looped back to the beginning. In addition, please also submit screenshots so that I can see for myself what the issue is to correctly further assist you.

  • When I try to recover my account it says my DOB is invalid even though I'm following the instructions and I already have an account associated with my last name and DOB yet I can't recover my account. Help please

  • Its telling me i have an account and to recover but i have no way of doing that because the email the account is under is one i no longer have access to.
