I have an account but the last time I applied I used a username & password to sign in. What do I do?

If you created an OpenCCC account prior to January 2022, your account is still active but it needs to be validated in the new system. From the Sign In page, click on the Recover Account page and follow the prompts. The system will search for your account using personal information until a unique match is found. You will be required to create a new password and go through the password validation process.

    Can you confirm if you have attempted to self recover your account by following the instructions above. You can also call our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 for assistance in recovering your username/password.

    Please contact our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can verify that you are the account holder and change your old email address over to the new one.

  • Initial log in doesn't recognize email or cell phone. Go to create new account and says that cell number is already in use (I've had it for 20yrs). Go to Recover Acct and it doesn't recognize birthday or last name. I have a OpenCCC ID but no where to enter it.

    I made my account before 2022 and was planning to apply, but I’m unable to recover my account since it’s been disabled and recovery does not recognize that my account exists. I opened up a ticket on March 13th and followed up on March 18, but I have yet to hear back from the help desk on how to fix this issue.

    To sign up for ESL classes, please follow the steps below to create an OpenCCC account so that you can submit an admissions application to your college. Once you have submitted your application, contact the college about your next step of the enrollment process and when you will be able to register for ESL classes.

    1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org 

    2.) From the drop down menu on the right hand side select the college you are applying to, and click 'Apply' link, and you will be directed to the college’s Admissions page. 

    3.) Select the online application link(s) on the Admissions page, you will then be directed to OpenCCC. 

    4.) Select 'Create an Account.' Enter your preferred method of contact (email or mobile phone) to receive a verification code you will be required to enter.

    5.) After entering your verification code, move forward with creating your OpenCCC account. 

    6.) Once your OpenCCC account is created, login and select 'Start a New Application' link to begin online application.
