  • this is NOT working! Still no validation code sent after a week of trying!!

I took one semester off and now need to reapply.

I have a valid email and need to recover my password. The system says it has sent a recovery message, but it doesn't ever get to my mailbox.

I have tried multiple times every day since last Wednesday but get nothing.

I have also emailed and phoned support, but still nothing.

My campus no longer accepts any other form of application, even for returning students.

Classes have already started, when is this going to be fixed?
