Didn't receive my student ID

I'm trying to apply to an ESOl class for fall and created my California Community Colleges account but I still have not received my Student ID #. I received a confirmation email with my application information, and saying that I will receive within 24-48h a new email "Student Passport information". But at this point, it has been nearly two weeks since I created my account and I still have not received any messages to tell me how to get my ID#.

Can you help me with this issue, so I can get an appointment with a counselor?
