Why it won't allow me submit my application?

When i tried to submit my application it says "THERE WAS AN ERROR VALIDATING APPLICATION DATA. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE". I did fill up everything though.🤔

    Please call us at your earliest convenience. For security purposes we need to speak to you directly in order to verify your account information. Once your account has been verified, we then can assist you with retrieving your Username and Password. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • "We could not find that username/password. Please ensure you are entering your OpenCCC systemwide account credentials. Try again". what do I do I want to get my account to sign up or apple to De Anza but when I try to do that it says incorrect username and password I am confused.

    Please use the steps below to log into your My Applications page. From this page you will be able to see your submitted and In Progress applications. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our Helpdesk at 877-247-4836. Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org

    2.) From the drop down menu select the college you are applying to and click 'Apply'.

    3.) You will be directed to the college’s Admissions page.

    4.) Select the online application link(s) from the Admissions page.

    5.) Sign in with your OpenCCC account information, you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page.

    Veo que pudo enviar con éxito su solicitud de admisión en línea para Cerritos College el7/12/2021 5:26PM. Ahora que ha enviado correctamente su solicitud de admisión, espere de 1 a 2 días hábiles para que el colegio se comunique con usted con su información de estudiante; p.ej. número de identificación del estudiante, horarios de inscripción, información de evaluación y orientación. Si han pasado más de 1 a 2 días hábiles, comuníquese con el departamento de registros / admisiones de su colegio.
