Exceeded Login Attempts

I am trying to login but the admin is saying that I have exceeded login attempts. What can I do to get help for this?

  • I'm having the same problems with my login; its saying I've exceeded the max amount of attempts but it wont let move forward.

    Please call our Helpdesk so an agent can assist you with recovering your OpenCCC accounts. Many times students will see the Exceeded Login Attempts if they are using the incorrect username. Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-877-247-4836.
