Cant make a new account.

Im trying to make an account to apply to a community college and it keeps saying that my information is already in use. I've tried removing all kinds of information but it still wont work. Please help.

    It appears that you have already made an OpenCCC account before in the past so when you attempted to make a new one, the system was informing you that there was already an account for you. Please quickly call our 24/7 helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836 so that we can help you recover your old username for you as well as resetting you a new password over to your new email address so that you can apply to your college.
