To register or apply to a community college, please follow the instructions provided to you below. If you need assistance completing your application, please feel free to contact our helpdesk at 1-877-247-4836. In regards to your appointment with a counselor, please correctly contact your colleges counseling department so that they can assist you with scheduling an appointment to see a academic counselor.
1.) Please begin at CCCApply.org
2.) From the drop down menu select the college you are applying to and click 'Apply'.
3.) You will be directed to the college’s Admissions page.
4.) Select the online application link(s) from the Admissions page.
5.) Sign in with your OpenCCC account information, you will then be directed to the 'My Applications' page.
6.) Select 'Start a New Application' link to begin application.

If your college has not yet email or contacted you back in regards to your submitted application, you'll need to reach out to the Admission & Records Department to follow up with your application. As well, you'll need to speak with the Admissions & Records Department regarding your outstanding balance.

At most colleges, there will be requirements to complete before you can register for classes if you have never fulfilled them before. We recommend checking your emails that the college has sent over after you applied to Antelope Valley College, they will usually send over your next steps to registration in your welcome email. If you did not receive that welcome email from your college we recommend you contact Admissions and Records at AVC to get your information such as student ID and what other steps you will need to take before you will be allowed to register for classes.

I completed online registration on last Sunday 1/24/2021 and received my conformation email with my student id. I could setup with eServices with no issues but when I try to schedule an online appointment with counselor I keep getting the message "INVALID STUDENT ID". I tried it using with /without prefix W but not luck! can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? could this be a sync issues between different services and it would eventually be ok after a few days???

Since this is a college issue, you'll need to actually contact your colleges counseling department so that they can let you know what is wrong and assist you with scheduling an appointment with a counselor.

I hope I can register for my guitar class. I am a 70 year old man who has retired and have an A A. Degree from Cypress College and a B.A. from the University of California at Irvine. I just want to learn more to be a better guitar player. Do I need anything else in order to register for this.class? Let me know. Thanks

To find out if there is anything else that you need to do in order to sign up for the guitar class, you actually will need to contact your colleges Admissions & Records Department. A staff member there will be able to pull up your account and let you know if your all set to register for your classes or if you still need to complete to a couple more registration steps such as assessment/orientation.

Regarding issue with scheduling an online appointment with counselor I happen to be correct! that was only a sync issue since the eSARS on-line Appointment system had not been updated with new student data. I could successfully schedule an appointment after 24 hours(a day after!).

To enroll into the CNA program, you must first submit your admissions application to your college then complete all the steps to enrollment such as assessment and orientation. After completing your orientation and assessment, your college will then provide you a date/time to register for the CNA classes. If you would like more information and details about enrolling into the CNA program, please schedule an appointment with an academic counselor at your college. Thank You.

I see your email address is valid on your OpenCCC account. If you are unable to recover your account using your last name and date of birth, please call our Helpdesk at 877-247-4836 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.) Go to www.cccapply.org and select your college from the drop down menu and click 'Apply'
2.) Click Sign In.
3.) Select 'Recover Account' and enter your last name and date of birth.
4.) You will be asked to select a way to receive a verification code based on the contact information listed on your OpenCCC account.
5.) If an account is not found, or your information is no longer valid, please call our Helpdesk.
If you are not able to recover your account, please call the Helpdesk where agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I see that you were able to successfully submit your online admissions application for Sierra College on 5/23/2022 10:13 PM Now that you have successfully submitted your admissions application please allow 1 to 2 business days for the college to contact you with your student information; e.g. student ID #, registration times, assessment information, and orientation. If it has been more than 1-2 business days, please contact your college's records/admissions department.
If you have any further questions or would like to make any changes to your submitted online admissions application please contact your college's Admissions and Records office.
