Canvas doesn't have an account for user

I've been trying to log in to Canvas from my college email, but when I click the link to Canvas from my sign-in portal, it says that I have no account on Canvas. I already have a CCCID, though.

Is there anything I could do to fix this issue?

    Since the message is saying that you don't have an account with canvas, have you tried reaching out to your college directly for help yet so that they can assist you. If not, I recommend that you contact your college and get help with canvas.

    I would suggest contacting City College of San Francisco Records & Admissions office to obtain your Canvas login. They will be able to assist with this. Let us know if you have any questions.
